Frequently Asked Questions

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A QUOTE?

We provide free quotes for new installations or replacement of equipment. When a repair is actually needed, though, there is a nominal troubleshooting fee. Once we determine what’s wrong and how much it will cost, we provide a full quote before moving forward with any services. There is no work done until both parties agree on the cost.

DO YOU OFFER RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL SERVICES?

Yep! Our team of certified and trained professionals has been working with projects both large and small for businesses and home owners since we opened in 1987. We’re always up for a challenge, and there’s no project too small (or big) for us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG DURING THE JOB?

Many companies can say they do what we do – repair, install, and maintain. However, the difference with us is if anything goes unplanned, we won’t leave you high and dry. We are problem solvers, and we’ll be with you every step of the way until the job is done.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

Nope! We will be completely up front about any additional charges that may happen over the course of a job before moving forward with any additional work. You won’t be charged unless you agree to the extra work that could be needed for a job. But we’ll always make sure you’re on board before we do anything.

AM I ABLE TO SEE THE PRODUCTS?

You sure can! With our new showroom, you can stop in during business hours and check out our inventory we offer for year-round home comfort. We can explain everything in person too, giving you a better idea of what will suit you and your family better. You can also see our list of products here on our website.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT CAN’T BE FIXED?

Sometimes HVAC companies will tell you your problem is “unfixable,” but we take pride in often being able to solve situations that other companies may not. Not to mention, if there is a problem that even *we* can’t fix, we’ll always be sure to provide you with some alternative solutions and give you our best recommendations.
